Beginner Contemporary Ballet
MONDAYS 12:00 - 1:00 PM
This class is a perfect introduction to ballet in a non-competitive and fun environment. It is a great way to continue to refine technique for those who may have taken classes before. Exercises are aimed at conditioning the body for dance and focus on proper alignment, core strength, leg strength, balance, and flexibility.
Wear something you are comfortable moving in and that is stretchy., Ballet slippers or socks are welcome.
Must preregister, if this class does not have enrollments by 11:00 AM, 1 hour prior to class, it will be canceled.
