CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Let’s focus on your Floorwork! Using foundations based in the Liquid Motion™ methodology, certified instructor Roula Roulette will build on that technique to help you create a more seamless floor flow, learn the basic fundamentals of the Liquid Motion™ methodology, and tap into your most sensual self through choreography that encourages total body awareness.

Class will begin with a warm up and across the floor exercises, followed by fun, sensual and creative floor flow.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Kneepads

• Layers! Arms and legs should be covered, but you should wear something underneath so clothing can be removed as needed for movement.

• Socks are recommended
