Greet the day and the self with this structurally informed practice. Pulling from Talloolah's years of yoga, structural therapy, meditation, and dance, this class will integrate these practices into a coherent on-and-off-the-mat experience.
The class is accessible for all levels of skill and fitness. It meets you where you are and invites you to heal through movement, mobility, and mindfulness.
