We believe that yoga is for every body type, and we focus on your personal goals. Our aim is to be inclusive and give you a personal experience within a small group setting. 

We strive to cultivate an environment that is supportive, without judgment, where everyone feels good about the body they're in.

Instructor: Talloolah Love
Fridays, 6:30 PM-7:30 PM

Instructor Talloolah Love comes from 19 years of sensual dance, and 4 years of teaching Prajna Yoga in Atlanta. She brings her knowledge of these two disciplines to Sensu-All Bodies Stretch class. This is a non-performative, non-judgmental atmosphere where you can meet your body and mind where they are, so you can strive to be where you want to be.

 

Class begins with a 15-minute warm-up, 30 minutes of core, strengthening exercises, stretches, and body resistance training. Then, a 10-minute cooldown, followed by a 5-minute meditation.

 

Please consult with your physician before starting any exercise program.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Hand towel

  • Water

  • Yoga mat

  • Comfortable tennis shoes (for outdoor activities, weather permitting)

  • Yoga strap (we have them if you don't mind shared props)

  • 2 yoga blocks (we have them if you don't mind shared props)
