Bedroom Bondage: Rope 101

Class Description

Instructor: Madam Jess 6/13 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM $100/couple Intimacy and Connection through rope bondage! Madam Jess is the House rope enthusiast at Atlanta Dungeon. She has been practicing rope bondage as both a bottom and Top for over ten years and is offering a class for couples. The class focuses on safety and the connection between partners as well as foundational basics of rope bondage. Benefits of this rope class include small class size for privacy and individual attention, a secure private location, and copious follow up resources. This course is currently being taught every other month for 2026. Consider attending additional class hosted at Metropolitan Studios, KinkEd Atlanta's event partner. Topics to be discussed in a beginning course(s) include: Western Bondage vs Japanese Bondage/Shibari Types of rope and their uses (with examples) Other equipment- shears, picks, suspension rings Safety and common injuries Basic/most used knots Rope Vocabulary Single column ties Double column ties Rope tension Single or double column tied to a stationary point Chest harness Simple hogtie Apart from technique, Madam Jess will also discuss connecting with your partner, managing the flow of the scene, things to look for, etc. After all, the entire point is for you to enjoy each other and the energy between you! Each ticket is per couple! One ticket = two people!
