Questions and curiosity Water About Ziah McKinney- I found my way into dance to support my (at the time) undiagnosed Ehlers Danlos Syndrome/EDS body and have been a movement professional for 30 years. My difficult journeys through being a dance performer and teacher with a Disabled body, my not so great experiences around fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum inspired me to become a Patient Advocate, Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Instructor and Certified Birth Doula. In those positions I can support people in finding their voice for their choices around the care for their bodies, no matter their shape, gender or abilities. My Birth Dance classes are a combination of all of those aspects of myself and my favorite place to be.
