Instructor: Zara Estelle Sundays, 1:15 PM - 2:15 PM Price: $20 This class is offered as a drop-in class 1/4 - 3/29 No class 2/15 Dance Foundations: Ballet, Modern, Jazz Become a well-rounded mover! This is a welcoming, beginner-level class that covers the three essential pillars of Western theatrical dance: the disciplined structure of Ballet, the expressive freedom of Modern, and the dynamic flair of Jazz. Our focus is on ensuring students develop versatility, strength, and coordination. This class is specifically designed for absolute beginners and those with minimal dance experience. Student Learning Outcomes: Expand your dance vocabulary Perform basic positions Execute core exercises from each discipline Transition between the movement qualities and principles of Ballet, Modern, and Jazz within a single phrase of movement.
