Improv Dance Class

Class Description

Instructor: Zara Estelle Sundays 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM Improve Dance Class sparks new methods of creating movement for dancers from all areas of dance/movement and is for all levels. Dance improvisation is the process of spontaneously creating movement. The development of movement material is facilitated through creative explorations, including body mapping through levels, shape, and dynamics schema. Each week, we wil work with a different improvisational technique. What to bring: - Notebook and pen - Water

Cancellation Policy

You must notify Metropolitan Studios at least 3 hours before class starts, or class will be deducted from your account and considered “used” even though you were not present.
