Class Description

Instructor: Zara Estelle 9/30 3:00 PM -4:00 PM In this workshop, we will work with a few different improvisational techniques and spark new methods of creating movement for dancers from all areas of dance/movement and for all levels. Dance improvisation is the process of spontaneously creating movement. Movement material development is facilitated through various creative explorations, including body mapping through levels, shape, and dynamics schema. Cancellation Policy

You must notify Metropolitan Studios at least 3 hours before class starts, or class will be deducted from your account and considered “used” even though you were not present.
