Progressive Series 2: Bloomtastic

Class Description

Instructor: Bleu Pearl Mondays, 8:45 PM - 10:00 PM 11/13-1/8 No class: 12/4, 12/25 & 1/1 Six (6) week series A beginner-friendly acro chair series. This series will focus on flexibility, strength, balance, eye contact, and sensuality. Students will learn the proper body and leg positions. This series allows students to maintain and improve their range of motion to execute acro-chair moves safely with minimal to no risk & injury. This series will include 40 minutes in acro, 20 minutes in dance, and the remaining time focusing on eye contact and connecting with ourselves so our movements flow effortlessly. What to bring: - Knee pads - Long socks - Heels - Water Student Learning Outcomes: - You will learn two choreographed routines - The importance of eye contact - Acro chair tricks - Basic transitions Please be mindful of your attendance at all classes. Your attendance is essential for the group dance choreography.

Cancellation Policy

You must notify Metropolitan Studios at least 3 hours before class starts, or class will be deducted from your account and considered “used” even though you were not present.
