Class Description

Instructor: Talloolah Love Tuesdays, 7:30pm - 8:30pm Price: $15 This yoga class practices a deep and abiding acceptance of your body, mind, and spirit. You will utilize alignment-based, all levels yoga, combined with positive affirmations and respect to your anatomy to pull yourself into a stronger, more sensual sense of self! What to Bring: - Hand towel - Water - Yoga mat - Yoga strap (we have them if you don't mind shared props) - 2 yoga blocks (we have them if you don't mind shared props) Please consult with your physician before starting any exercise program.

Cancellation Policy

You must notify Metropolitan Studios at least 3 hours before class starts, or class will be deducted from your account and considered “used” even though you were not present.
