This class is designed for individuals who want to explore the art of self-expression through music and movement. In this safe and inclusive environment, you'll have the opportunity to combine the power of your voice and body. No prior experience needed! Class Highlights: Vocal warmups and guidance: You will acquire fundamental techniques for your voice in singing, regardless of your current skill level. Original Choreo: Experience the art of sensual movement and dance, focusing on body awareness, posture, and graceful gestures while removing clothing and singing. What to bring: A button down shirt Dance shoes (character shoes or barefoot works too) Join us for a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and artistic expression. Cancellation Policy

You must notify Metropolitan Studios at least 3 hours before class starts, or class will be deducted from your account and considered “used” even though you were not present.
