Instructor: Bleu Pearl Sundays: 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM Price: $15 Ready to learn a fun and exhilarating way to dance? Synergetic Flow focuses on using the chair as a prop as you learn sensual movements that show off your best assets in and around the chair. Learning to connect and flow with every movement. Boost your confidence in this high energy hour of chair dancing. This class starts with a warm up focusing on flexibility and some stability work with core strength. Cancellation Policy

You must notify Metropolitan Studios at least 3 hours before class starts, or class will be deducted from your account and considered “used” even though you were not present.
