All classes include sensual & fitness components to give an ultimate workout!

Performing sensual movements can make womxn feel more attractive and confident. Who doesn't want to feel sexy from the inside out? Not to mention exercising with sexy music and fun people around is an even more effective way to deal with stress. It truly is a journey through your body that captures the true essence of who you are as a womxn.

Our classes are geared towards the everyday womxn with no dance experience. You don't have to have any particular strengths or rhythm, or even be in good shape to get started with sensual dance fitness. You will find people from all walks of life take sensual dance fitness classes.

The best thing about our classes is that you are never BORED. You won't even feel like you're working out - until you wake up the next morning! Sensual dance fitness brings with it a much better awareness of your body and improved coordination. You’ll meet a uniquely supportive tribe of sexy babes as you dance, strengthen and stretch your way through the most sensual movement practice.

All of our instructors are Sexify Certified through Pole la Teaz in Atlanta, GA.

Here's what students are saying....

"The three beautiful ladies who run this studio are wonderfully supportive and also wonderfully talented. It has been a pleasure to be a part of the going-ons at the studio, and I can't wait to continue my journey there. I encourage anyone to participate here at whatever level and interest they have: yoga, Zumba, burlesque, etc. You will be surrounded by lovely people who will support you and help give you the confidence that so many of us are missing."
