About the Event
Celebrating 100 years of Black Excellence in and through live entertainment, this variety show will take you on a ride highlighting the struggles and success of black women and men in all art forms.
There will be poetry, music, drag performances, burlesque and more!
For over 100 years, Black Excellence has been dominating the world of live entertainment, usually without the recognition and financial compensation they deserve. Get your tickets and bring your tips for a night where you pay us so that we can pay homage to 100 years of Black Excellence in Live Entertainment. Tickets include drinks from our donation bar and first-come first-serve seating.
Metropolitan Studios Arts & Movement Community was born by identifying the importance of artistic self-expression, the representation of marginalized communities, and the need for an inclusive and safe space for individuals.
