By way of theatre games, character worksheets, interactive group discussion, peer feedback, and various acting exercises, your stripping story will begin to be crystal clear, and you will have a foundation for building all of your future burlesque numbers. This class will not result in a performance in the Summer Sizzle Student Recital, but you will gain skills to help you excel in our Level 3 and 4 Burlesque Academy classes in the Fall! You will leave this class with a strong background on how to tell a story to form an audience connection and be able to make bolder character choices. Please be mindful of your attendance at all classes. Your attendance is essential for your future development as well as participating in class discussions and giving peer feedback. Each class will be taught on the same day every week (excluding one blackout date on 9/1) for a total of four (4) weeks.
