Dance is for everyBODY! Spend an hour shaking your gorgeous bits, singing along to the music and showing just how amazing dance looks on fat bodies. All levels are welcome, no prior training necessary.

Each class we will learn and practice choreography with different approaches and accommodations to make it look fabulous on your body shape. Classes begin with community building, affirmations and stretching, and ends with a cool down.

Students can dance barefoot, in jazz or character shoes. Bring water.
