The Atlanta School of Burlesque is proud to present A Weekend With the No. 1 most influential burlesque performer in the world - the award-winning burlesque phenomenon Lou Lou la Duchesse de Rière, March 23-24.Lou Lou la Duchesse de Rière, aka Lauren Ashley Jiles, is an Afro-Indigenous internationally renowned neo-burlesque dancer, teacher, and activist hailing from the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake, Quebec."She uses her art to break social constructs surrounding First Nations women’s sexuality and imposes news standards of beauty in the burlesque community." - VICEShe has been thrice voted into the Burlesque Top 50 by 21st Century Burlesque!
