Class Description

Instructor: Zara Estelle Mondays: 7:00-8:00pm Price: $20 In Manifestation Through Movement we connect the mind, body and soul. Bring in and create good energy, set your intentions, visualize what you want to manifest for yourself and let go of any negativity you have pent up. Learn slow and sultry burlesque with a twist on classic choreography. Leave class loving your body, ready to show off your new moves, and take on whatever life throws at you. This class is great for self care and is a positive motivator. What to bring: • Dance/character shoes or strapped toe shoes with a 2-3 inch heel. • Other acceptable footwear include: jazz flats, salsa shoes or barefoot. • Water You must preregister. If this class does not have enrollments by 6:00 PM, 1 hour prior to class, it will be canceled. About Us: Drenched in over a century of charm, Metropolitan Studios Arts & Movement Community is an affordable creative space in the heart of Atlanta’s East Atlanta Village; and Atlanta's Burlesque and Cabaret House.
