Pastie Making & Tassel Twirling

Class Description

Instructor: Talloolah Love Saturday, 1/24 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM Price: $45 Welcome to the sparkly world of pastie-making! In this comprehensive and accessible crafting class students will be shown how to create their very own pasties! All materials will be provided, along with a companion brochure briefly describing the history of the pastie, as well as a materials list. Participants will learn to create their very own basic pasties and will leave the class with a pair ready to use. After making the pasties, the next step is to get those tassels twirling! The last thirty minutes of the class will cover various techniques to attach, spin tassels in all directions, and how to approach assel twirling! What to Bring • A bra or wrap for their upper bodies. • If you wish to participate in the assel portion of the workshop, wear full coverage undergarments. • NO THONGS Please note: • The tassel twirling portion of the class involves earth magnets. Please keep that in mind re: pacemakers and other medical devices. • All materials will be provided for you, and the cost associated are reflected in the price of the workshop. This workshop is part of the Burlesque Academy's Burlesque III, Bloomtastic, FanWise DIY, and Strip Tease courses and is also available as an independent workshop.
