Class Description

Instructor: Zara Estelle Thursday: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Price: $15 This class is designed to help enhance your overall performance and provide a deeper understanding of your body's connectivity. In this class you will work on engaging your core, stretching your muscles and introducing exercises to help increase your flexibility. The benefits of stretching exercises are endless; they help in injury prevention and healing, provide better muscle coordination, improved posture, enhance performance, an increased range of motion, and overall greater mental health. **Must preregister, if this class does not have enrollments by 11:00am, 1 hour prior to class, it will be canceled. About Us: Drenched 110 years of charm, Metropolitan Studios Arts & Movement Community is an affordable creative space in the heart of Atlanta’s East Atlanta Village. We are an event venue, community gathering space, and Atlanta, Georgia’s Burlesque & Cabaret House, home to the Atlanta School of Burlesque and the award-winning Candybox Revue burlesque entertainment troupe. Cancellation Policy

You must notify Metropolitan Studios at least 3 hours before class starts, or class will be deducted from your account and considered “used” even though you were not present.
