Instructor: Zara Estelle Sundays, 5:00 PM - 6:25 PM Dates: 6 (six) week series 4/19 – 5/24 Dress Rehearsal at Creatorspace: Thursday 8/20 Student Showcase at Creatorspace: Sunday 8/30 Price: $180 Get your heart rate up with the high-energy, infectious movement of the 1960s. Taught by Zara Estelle, this class blends classic go-go technique with an upbeat cardio flow, focusing on the iconic steps that defined a decade. We’ll break down the essentials: the pony, the jerk, and the classic shimmy, all while building the stamina needed for a high-impact performance. You’ll learn how to coordinate sharp arm movements with fast-paced footwork, ensuring you stay on the beat with total confidence. The goal is to master the joyful, athletic style of the go-go era while getting a great workout. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your vintage dance skills or just want a fun way to move, this class is about finding your groove and leaving it all on the floor.
